About Us

Our story starts with our founder, David Fiori. David Fiori was born in a small town in the Abruzzo region of Italy. He emigrated to the US with his family in 1938. They settled in Bensalem, starting a farm off of Park Ave. David attended Bensalem High School and later graduated from Rider University in 1955. He worked as a real estate salesperson for 2 years before founding David Fiori Inc. in 1957. His first office was at 2205 Bristol Pike, Croydon. 

David's story is a true example of the American dream - humble beginnings, hard work, faith, and family. David Fiori passed away at the age of 89 on April 24, 2020. He leaves behind his wife of 50+ years, 4 children, and 7 grandchildren.

Today, David Fiori Inc. is still family-owned and operated. David’s son, Victor, is the President and Broker of record. David’s grandson, Victor II, is a Property Manager for David Fiori Inc.
